Gary Hooks has forgone the opportunity to travel to sunny Clydebank with the rest of the centennial touring party this September. Instead, Gary will have the pleasure of HAVING his knee operated on.
Gary damaged his cruciate ligament 18 months ago and has struggled ever since. He finally decided that the NHS were not going to be able to resolve his issue in a timely fashion and has decided to "go private".
Thankfully... today's doctors have the technology... they can rebuild his knee... Gary will have a bionic knee in no time at all...
