The Linden Cup Final between Portadown and Parkview on New Year's Day didn't go according to the form book!
Parkview, previously beaten handsomely by East Antrim, beat the cup holders, Portadown by 3 goals to 1 with the Parkview keeper being named Man of the Match.
Having shown that we can beat cup winners should give the East Antrim 1st XI the confidence to go and win their own trophy in the near future.
