Paul Cooke is back at Instonians as coach. The former Irish international (and part-time East Antrim coach) has been unveiled as the replacement for Billy McConnell who stepped down at the end of the season.
Cooke's last spell at Inst proved fruitful and, alongside Philip Anderson, it included an Irish Senior Cup and All-Ireland League championship double which earned the Belfast side a place in the European Club championships in Milan in 1999.
