BBC Air Some Hockey...

'Body Hits - Summer Shocks' will air on BBC3 on the 24th of July at 9pm. The programme reveals what going on a hockey tour really does to your body.

The aim was to find out what running around in the sun all day, whilst drinking serious amounts of beer can do to your body. And the discoveries were pretty interesting.

The programme details hellish hockey hangovers, serious dehydration on the pitch and distressing beer goggles on the dance floor at night!

Revealing the best way to detect dehydration (it's something to do with passing water) and even performing what is scientifically known as 'The Minger Test' on the lads to see how much standards DROP after a hard days drinking, the progarmme attempts to discover exactly what holiday hockey does to your body.
