A sponsored walk has been arranged for Sunday 4th September 2005. We will be meeting in the car park at Academy Club at 9.30am. This year we will be walking up Slieve Donard, the highest point in Northen Ireland.
Everyone should have recieved a sponsor form in the post. If you haven't recieived one yet contact Leon who will gladly provide you with one.
Please bring a pack lunch and some drinks and remember to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. A few thin layers are better than one or two big heavy layers. Although it may be a bright and sunny day at ground level, the higher up we go the chances are that it will be a lot cooler at the summit.
