Pre Season Training

It's nearly that time of the year again. Pain, pain and more pain

During pre season there will be two fitness sessions per week on a Monday and Wednesday at 7.30pm

These sessions will begin on Monday 2nd August 2004 at Mallusk Playing Fields.

Please make every effort to attend the sessions
