East Antrim Hockey Club are seeking to fill the position of 1st XI coach for the 2004-2005 season. The team showed great signs of improvement last season and the Club are keen to take the team on to the next stage in their development by means of appointing a new coach.
The position's responsibilities will include the development of those players that make up the 1st XI squad, the development of the team as a whole, input to the team selection process and the handling of team affairs on match day. The coach will also be expected to report directly to the Club's Executive Committee as and when requested. Ultimately, though, the coach will be expected to drive the 1st XI to success in accordance with the Club's development plan.
