East Antrim Hockey Club are seeking to fill the position of 1st XI coach for the 2004-2005 season.
The position's responsibilities will include the development of those players that make up the 1st XI squad, the development of the team as a whole, input to the team selection process and the handling of team affairs on match day. The coach will also be expected to report directly to the Club's Executive Committee as and when requested. Ultimately, though, the coach will be expected to drive the 1st XI to success in accordance with the Club's development plan and to improve upon last season's 3rd place finish in the league.
The current training schedule is 2 hour each Monday night and 1 hour each Wednesday night. Equipment needs have been catered for, but anything overlooked can be discussed before the season begins.
