David Caldwell and myself have been tasked with the procurement of new club tracksuits as our current tracksuits are about 7 years old and it was felt that they could be brought up to date.
We have been and met up with Jim McQuade FROM Emerald Sports, who made our current tracksuits, and a sample tracksuit has been agreed and should be with us in early September. We will be bringing the sample along to training sessions and will hopefully put some pictures of it on the website. Also we are currently looking at the club badge as we feel the current one is a bit plain and we plan to present the new look badge at the next committee meeting so that it can hopefully be approved.
The cost of the new tracksuit should not be anymore than £50, which is a great price for something that will last at least another 7 years. The traksuits will personalised with your initials and we plan to be taking orders somtime in October, with delivery being late November/early December. This means you can include it on your list of presents for Santa.
