U18 Boys win SILVER in Barcelona Stephen Watt’s U18 Boys squad almost retained the GOLD medal, won in Rotterdam in 2002, at the U18 European Nations Cup in 6-11 July 2003. They topped their GROUP in the pool stages, convincingly beat Spain in the first crossover and conceded their title to the polished Dutch team in the final match.
U-16 Boys retain Div A status Drew Campbell’s U16 Boys produced some gallant performances in the searing heat of Barcelona to finish 7th and retain Div A status for 2004. Finishing bottom of their pool, they dug deep to narrowly go down to the French in their first crossover and then comprehensively beat the Czech Republic in their final game.
