Scott 'Rambo' Higginson has been umpiring for the Ulster Branch for a year now and has recently been tested and upgraded.
Rambo was in upbeat form at the announcement of his regrading and was particularly pleased to see the Club Development plan when it arrived through the post last week.
"I have just received the East Antrim Development Plan, it's a very good piece. Any time you have anything for the youth team, I can provide pizza or vouchers or anything else that will attract any young players to East Antrim. I even have jobs so feel free to call me anytime."
