Stuart continues to have daily physiotherapy. He is planning to go out on three occasions this week. One of them is to dinner in the Wellington Park in the company of others FROM the unit. Another is his first visit home since going to the USA in the summer.
Stuart expects to go home for an hour or so and will use the ramp built to allow him access to his home. Other renovations are being carried out in preparation for his homecoming, which could possibly be before Christmas (with a little luck).
Stuart continues to work on his ability to transfer himself FROM his wheelchair to his bed and expects to be assessed in the very near future for the type of controls which might allow him to drive again.
