The following proposed changes to the constitution will be discussed:

Change the word SHALL to WILL
Change the date 30TH SEPTEMBER to 31ST AUGUST
Current Version:
The Executive Committee shall suspend the membership of any persons not HAVING paid their subscription by the 30th September in any given year until such times as full payment is made, provided that said member(s) shall have the right of appeal to the next Executive Committee Meeting.
Amended Version:
The Executive Committee will suspend the membership of any persons not HAVING paid their subscription by the 31st August in any given year until such times as full payment is made, provided that said member(s) shall have the right of appeal to the next Executive Committee Meeting.
FINANCE SECTION - Paragraph 4

It is the duty of the Honorary Secretary to notify all members of their subscription by the 31st August in any given year.
Amended Version:
It is the duty of the Honorary Secretary to notify all members of their subscription by the 31st July in any given year.
DISCIPLINE SECTION

The Executive Committee will remove an Executive Committee member FROM their position if their action continually contravenes the rules laid out in this constitution.
