Paul Reid's rise to 1st XI stardom has meant a search for a new vice-captain of the 2nd XI had to be undertaken.
Well, the search is over and Gordon Gillespie has been appointed. He is willing to take this role on until the new year when we will review the situation.
Gordon has immense time committments and therefore may not be able to attend all committees but I feel he will add stability and experience on a saturday afternoon, and a much needed level head.
